This production line utilizes 100% recycled PP granules as raw material to manufacture fully automatic and manual PP strapping bands for various packaging applications. The PP strapping bands are available in widths ranging from 5–19mm and thicknesses from 0.3–1.2 mm.
The equipment features an extruder with a 38CrMoALA alloy screw, specially designed for high‑quality strapping band production, and is equipped with an automatic feeding system. The entire line is driven by frequency conversion motors and an intelligent temperature control system, which significantly enhances energy efficiency and ensures stable, reliable extruder performance.
